WHEREAS, it ts but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies:

NOW, THEREFORE, I,MICHAEL P,ONG, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President. RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 06 June 2018. a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Norte
