WHEREAS, on 20 June 2018, a Wednesday, the City of Dagupan will mark the celebration of its 71st Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, MICHAEL P. ONG, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 20 June 2018 a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
