WHEREAS, 01 August 2018, a Wednesday, will mark the celebration of the 70 th Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Kapalong, Davao del Norte; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kapalong, Davao del Norte, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, MICHAEL P. ONG, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 01 August 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kapalong, Davao del Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
