WHEREAS, on Thursday, 23 August 2018, the Municipality of Cuartero, Province of Capiz, will mark the celebration of its 80 th anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuartero be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C, MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 23 August 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuartero, Province of Capiz.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
