WHEREAS, on 30 August 2018, a Thursday, the City of Mandate, Province of Cebu, will mark the celebration of its 49 th Charter Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mandaue be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA. Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 30 August 2018 5 a special (non-working) day in the City of Mandaue, Province of Cebu.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
