WHEREAS, on 27 September 2018, a Thursday, the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas, will mark the 153 rd birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 27 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas.
