DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 23, 1962, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS AND LIPA CITY.



WHEREAS, Apolinario Mabini, one of our greatest patriots, was born in Tanauan, Batangas, on July 23, 1864; and

WHEREAS, the people of Batangas desire to be given ample opportunity to celebrate the birthday of the œSublime Paralytic ;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the authority vested in-me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Monday, July 23, 1962, as a special public holiday in the province of Batangas and Lipa City.
