WHEREAS, on 23 January 2019, Wednesday, the Province of Bulacan will mark the anniversary of the Inauguration of the First Philippine Republic, which took place at Barasoain Church, Malolos, Bulacan; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
