WHEREAS, on 18 February 2019, Monday, the Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Pasasalamat: HAMAKA Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taytay, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 18 February 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
