WHEREAS, on 27 February 2019, Wednesday, the City of General Santos will mark its 80 th Founding Anniversary and the 30 thKalilangan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 27 February 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
