Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal building and plaza sites purposes under the administration of the Municipality of Koronadal, Cotabato, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated at Koronadal, Province of Cotabato, which are more particularly described as follows:
