AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 652, DATED MARCH 7, 1960, ENTITLED DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM THE FIRST MONDAY TO THE SUCCEEDING SUNDAY OF MAY OF EVERY YEAR AS NATIONAL TRAFFIC SAFETY WEEK AND THE MONDAY FOLLOWING AS SAFE DRIVING DAY (S-D DAY) AND CREATING A COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THEIR CELEBRATION
Paragraph 6 of Proclamation No. 652, dated March 7, 1960, is hereby amended to read as follows:
A committee is hereby created to take charge of the celebration of National Traffic Safety Week and Safe Driving Day to be composed of the following:
