REVOKING PROCLAMATIONS NOS. 326 AND 810, DATED AUGUST 1, 1956, AND DECEMBER 26, 1961
Pursuant to the power vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamations Nos. 326 and 810, dated August 1, 1956, and December 26, 1961, respectively, which reserved portions of the old University of the Philippines campus, located along Taft Avenue, District of Ermita, City of Manila, for precinct site purposes of the Manila Police Department and for the construction of the Malcolm Hall. The sites covered by said proclamations, including whatever remaining area previously reserved for the site of the Educational Center under Proclamation No. 101, dated December 15, 1954, but not otherwise embraced in Proclamation No. 479, dated January 27, 1958, are hereby reserved for office site purposes of the National Bureau of Investigation, which shall administer the same subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey. The specific portions herein reserved, comprising an area of 25,248 square meters, more or less, are delimited as follows:
Bounded on the Northeast by Taft Avenue; on the Northwest by the World Health Organization, United Nations Avenue, and Philippine-American Insurance Company; on the Southwest by the Court of Appeals; and on the Southeast by the Department of Justice, Department of Foreign Affairs, Rizal Hall, and Supreme Court.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
