Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, a parcel of the public domain situated in the barrio of Bintawan, municipality of Solano, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon , and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 765 of the cadastral survey of Solano, G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No. ____ ), situated in the barrio of Bintawan, municipality of Solano, Province of Nueva Vizcaya. Bounded on the E., by Lots 760, 761, and 763; on the SE., by Lots 787, 786, 785, 784, and 783; on the S., by Lot 766; on the SW., by Lot 785; on the W., by Lot 768; and on the NW., by Lots 745, 746, 747, 748, 749, 750, 751 and 752. Beginning at a point marked œ1  on plan, being S. 48 01 W., 753.25 m. from B.B.M. 1, between Ibung & Bintawan, Mun. of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya;
