EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 414, SERIES OF 1931, AND RESERVING FOR AGRICULTURAL PLANTATION PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF CAPALONG AND TAGUM, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended. I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 414, series of 1931, and reserve for agricultural plantation purposes, under the administration of the National Abaca and Other Fibers Corporation, subject to private rights, if any there be a parcel of land situated in the municipal district of Capalong and Tagum, Province of Davao Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described in B. F. plan, Sp-59, to wit:
Beginning at point 1, a Municipal Boundary Monument No. 18, thence due North, 10,250 meters to point 2; thence due East, 6.660 meters to point 3, or the northwestern corner of the proposed Lanzon Forest Reserve, located on the south bank of Gabuyan River; thence following Gabuyan River downstream in an easterly direction, 3,690 meters to point 4, or the intersection or the southeastern corner of the proposed Lanzon Forest Reserve; thence S. 3 30 W., 3,240 meters to point 6, a batitinan tree, 30 cm. in diameter, marked B. F. 462, located on the north bank of Quesolog Creek; thence S. 24 E., 6,840 meters to point 7; thence due South , 3, 935 meters to point 8; thence due West, 11, 115 meters to point 9; thence due North, 3,135 meters to point 1, M.B.M. No. 18, the point of beginning.
Containing an approximated area of 10,000 hectares. Subject to the future survey.
