WHEREAS, on 25 April 2019, Thursday, the City of Isabela, Province of Basilan, will mark the celebration of its 18th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Isabela, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 25 April 2019, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Isabela, Province of Basilan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
