WHEREAS, on 23 July 2019, Tuesday, the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental, will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 23 July 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
