WHEREAS, on 20 June 2019, Thursday, the City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan, will mark the celebration of its 72 nd Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 20 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
