WHEREAS, on 21 June 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Bingawan, Province of Iloilo, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary and the Pagnahi-an Festival; and

WHEREAS, It is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bingawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bingawan, Province of Iloilo.
