Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as BGC Corporate Center 2, with a gross floor area of Thirty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Nine and Twenty-Nine Hundredths square meters (35,439.29 m² ), and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located at Block 1, 30 th Street corner 5 th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, with an area of Two Thousand One Hundred Forty-Nine square meters (2,149 m 2), more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA j&oard of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-303 (s. 2017), as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description:
