WHEREAS, on 03 August 2019, Saturday, the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat, will mark the celebration of its 68 th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacurong be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 03 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat.
