WHEREAS, the City of Cabuyao, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 7 th cityhood anniversary on 04 August 2019;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Cabuyao to celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Cabuyao requested that Monday, 05 August 2019, be declared a special (non-working) day, in lieu of 04 August 2019, which falls on a Sunday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabuyao, Province of Laguna, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 05 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabuyao, Province of Laguna.
