WHEREAS, on 05 September 2019, Thursday, the City of General Santos, Province of South Cotabato, will mark the celebration of its 52 nd Inauguration Day and the 21 st Tuna Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 05 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos, Province of South Cotabato.
