RESERVING FOR THE USE OF THE NATIONAL SHIPYARDS AND STEEL CORPORATION CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN ILIGAN CITY.



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for the use of the National Shipyards and Steel Corporation, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the 20-meter-wide road right-of-way for the exist ing Dansalan-Misamis Oriental, 1st class National Road, and the 10-rrieter-wide road right-of-way for the existing Tominubo Barrio Road, certain parcels of the public domain situated in Camp Overton, Iligan City, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Plan No. Swo-30587, to wit:

NOTE: This survey is a portion of 11-5918, as surveyed for Camp Overton Military Reservation. 
