EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 32, SERIES OF 1936, AND DECLARING OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER X OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN SAN JOSE, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 32, series of 1936, and declare open to disposition under the previsions of Chapter X of the Public Land Act a parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Plan SWO-24201, as follows:
