RESERVING AS FOREST STATION SITE RESERVATION A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALER, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section Eighteen Hundred and Twenty -six of Act numbered Twenty-seven Hundred and Eleven, known as the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale, settlement or other disposition and reserve for forest station site purposes under the control and administration of the Bureau of Forestry subject to private rights, if any there be, a portion of the public domain, situated in the Barrio of Bingalan, Municipality of Baler, Province of Quezon, Island of Luzon, and technically described on Bureau of Forestry Map No. F.R.-117, to wit:
Beginning at corner 1 as shown on B.F. Plan No. 117, a point marked F.Z. located at the mouth of Paltic River, thence following Paltic River upstream in a general northeasterly direction about 562 meters to corner 2, a Narra tree 50 cm. in diameter marked L.C. 1614/124 and B.F. 50 on the west bank of Paltic River; thence S 51 E, 190 meters to corner 3, an Apitong tree 30 cm. in diameter marked F.Z on the edge of a non-commercial forest; thence S 22 5T, 418 meters to corner 4, a Yakal tree 70 cm. in diameter, marked F.Z. on the edge of a commercial forest; thence S33 W, 104 meters to corner 5, a stump marked F.Z. on the edge of a commercial forest and on the coast; and thence following the sea coast line in a general northwesterly direction about 228 meters to corner 1, the point of beginning.
Containing an area of about 11.8 hectares.
