REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 26, SERIES OF 1924, AND DECLARING THE PARCEL OR PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONGABON, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON, OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I hereby revoke Proclamation No. 26, series of 1924, and declare the parcel or parcels of land embraced therein, containing an area of 425,806 square meters, more or less, situated in the Municipality of Bongabon, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
