WHEREAS, on 09 September 2019, Monday, the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its 51 st Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bais be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 09 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
