Based  on post  audit  findings  of Stocks  Reported,  it consistently  appears  that there  are  second  hand  imported  motor  vehicles  processed   under  the  DIY Program of this Office, a clear violation of the provisions of LTO Administrative Order No. AVT-2014-023.

To ensure compliance  to the provisions  of the aforementioned  Order, the LTO shall be conducting intensified post audits of Stocks Reported under the DIY Program.

An  Accredited  Manufacturer,  Assembler  or  Importer,  including  LTO  personnel found in violation of the aforesaid Order, shall be subject to the procedures and penalties provided for under paragraphs 9 and 12 thereof, respectively.
