Based on actual findings gathered from post audits conducted by this Office on Stocks Reported, it consistently appears that there are used motor vehicles that are still being processed by individual Importers under the DIY Program. This is a clear violation of LTO Administrative Order No. AVT-2014-023 dated 23 January 2014.  Further,  the  said  importers  processed  their  stock  reporting  without  the Certificate of Conformity (COC) issued by the DENR.

To  ensure  compliance  in  the  aforementioned  Order,  all  Accredited Manufacturers, Assemblers and/or Importers (MAls), who are not members of CAMPI, MDPPA, AVID and CHAMPP, are hereby directed to submit all their documentary requirements at the Operations Division for checking, prior to stock reporting at DIY Unit.

Furthermore, to avoid delays on processing or issuance of Certificate of Stock Reported (CSR), the Central Office Operations Divisions is instructed to process the stock reporting of those companies with small quantity of stocks effective 01 February 2018.
