AN ORDER AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. AVT-2014-023 DATED 23 JANUARY 2014

In view of the directives on streamlining business processes and making frontline services  responsive  to the people ™s  needs, the following  provisions  under Item No.  7 of Administrative  Order  No.  AVT-2014-023  dated  23 January  2014  are hereby amended, as follows:
  1. All  applications  for  renewal  accreditation   of  Manufacturers,   Assemblers, Importers,  Rebuilders  and  Dealers  shall  be  filed  and  processed  at  the concerned Regional Office and the Certificates of Accreditation shall be approved and signed by the Regional Director. Likewise, uploading of the approved certificate shall be delegated to the concerned region.

  2. All new applications shall be filed at the concerned Regional Office and the same shall be endorsed to Central Office through Operations Division for approval of the Assistant Secretary.

  3. All applications  for other entities shall be filed, processed  and approved  at the Central Office.
All  prior  orders  inconsistent   with  these  provisions   are  hereby  repealed   or amended accordingly.
