WHEREAS, on 05 December 2019, Thursday, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will mark the celebration of its 54 th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 05 December 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.
