It has come to the knowledge of the undersigned that there are unscrupulous group  of  people  or  individuals  misrepresenting  MARINA  Administrator  or MARINA official/employee, for malicious or illegal purpose, such as among others, asking/soliciting/demanding gifts, favor or other material and monetary considerations.

Thus, notice is hereby given that the undersigned MARINA Administrator or any of the MARINA officials and employees, has not authorized nor does not authorize and shall never authorize any person or entity to solicit/demand/claim for any form of donation/gifts/or any material or monetary consideration from any shipping companies, maritime entities or individuals.

Any person who receives any information from somebody using the name of the undersigned or any MARINA officials and employees for any malicious or illegal activity is enjoined to report the matter immediately at Telephone Numbers 523-9078, 526-0971, 524-2895 or at Mobile Number 0939-9369820 for MARINA ™s proper prosecution or legal actions.
