WHEREAS, on 13 February 2020, Thursday, the City of Para aque will mark the celebration of its 22 nd Cityhood Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Para aque be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 13 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Paranaque.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
