IMPLEMENTATION ON THE INCREASE IN FEE ON THE ISSUANCE OF PREMIX CLEARANCE WHOSE SUCROSE CONTENT IS NOT DETECTABLE (ND) OR ZERO (0)

WHEREAS, General Administrative Order No. 1, dated 11 May 2011 provides for the increase in fees and charges of the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) frontline services;

WHEREAS,
SRA Memorandum Circular Nos. 1 and 1-A, Series of 2011-2012 dated 26 August 2011 and 29 September 2011, respectively, have deferred the imposition and collection in the increase of fees and charges on the seven (7) frontline services, to wit:
2.1     Clearance fee for imported molasses
2.2     Clearance fee for export of muscovado/application
2.3     Premix clearance (sucrose content Not Detectable (ND) or 0)
2.4     Regular swapping fee
2.5     Monitoring fee of all sugar covered by Raw Sugar Quedan
2.6     Shipping permit and
2.7     Milling permit
WHEREAS,  SRA  Memorandum  Circular  No.  11,  Series  of  2016  dated  29 December 2016 has already partially increased the Clearance Fees for Imported Molasses and Shipping Permit Fee.

NOW, THEREFORE, under and by virtue of the authority vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA), the following is hereby ordered:

Section 1. Implementation on the Full Increase in Fees.

The full increase in fee is hereby implemented and shall only cover the following, to wit:

PhP100.00/ application

PhP300.00/ application



Section 2. All other fees and charges currently being charged and collected and not covered by this Memorandum Circular shall continue to be collected.

Section 3. Increase in fees shall take effect Fifteen (15) days from its publication. Attached is the copy of General Administrative Order No. 1*  dated 11 May 2011 for easy reference.
