ADJUSTMENT ON THE SOCIALIZED HOUSING LOAN CEILING

Pursuant  to  the  HUDCC  Resolution  Nos.  1  and  2,  Series  of  2018,  the following Adjustment on the Socialized Housing Loan Ceiling are hereby issued

1.    For Socialized Subdivision Projects
a)   PhP  480,000.00 =  22  sq.m.  with  loft  of  at  least  50%  of  the  base structure, or 24 sq.m.;

b)   PhP  530,000.00  =  24  sq.m.  with  loft  of  at  least  50%  of  the  base structure, or 28 sq.m.; and

c)    PhP  580,000.00 =  28  sq.m.  with  loft  of  at  least  50%  of  the  base structure, or 32 sq.m.
2.    For Socialized Condominium Projects

2.1 For the National Capital Region, San Jose del Monte City in Bulacan Province; Cainta and Antipolo City in Rizal Province; San Pedro City in Laguna; Carmona and the Cities of Imus and Bacoor in Cavite Province:
a)    PhP 700,000.00 = 22 sq.m.; and

b)    PhP 750,000.00 = 24 sq.m.
2.2 For others areas:
c)    PhP 600,000.00 = 22 sq.m.; and

d)    PhP 650,000.00 = 24 sq.m.
All other terms and conditions in the prevailing Pag-IBIG Fund housing loan programs that are consistent with the foregoing provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.

This Circular takes effect after fifteen (15) calendar days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
