Reports  have  reached  this  Office  that  there  are  District  Offices  processing delayed  replies  on  requests  for  confirmation  of  motor  vehicle  registration, contrary to the objectives of Republic Act No. 11032 otherwise known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Delivery of Government Service.

To ensure adherence to the aforementioned law and to avoid inconvenience to LTO clients, it is hereby directed that all requests for confirmation of motor vehicle registration between LTO offices shall be processed and replied to within forty-eight (48) hours upon receipt thereof.

All previous issuances inconsistent herewith are deemed repealed or amended accordingly.
