In  connection  with  the  implementation   of  Customs  Memorandum   Order (CMO) No. 39-2015 dated 03 November 2015 on Electronic Certificate of Origin and to address the issues and concerns raised therein, please be informed that the said CMO is hereby suspended until further notice.
 
This Order shall effect immediately, and shall be valid until revoked.
