AMENDED REGULATIONS:

PCAR PART 9

9.5.1.8  SECURITY OF FLIGHT CREW COMPARTMENT

(c) All airplanes which are equipped with a flight crew compartment door in accordance with paragraph (b) above:

(3)   On  aircraft  certificated   for  two  pilots  operation,  a  crew member,  preferably  male but not necessarily  a pilot, shall be required  to be inside the flight deck should  one of the pilots leave the flight deck for personal reasons.

EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE:

Fifteen (15) days after compliance with the requisite publication in a single newspaper  of general  circulation  and a copy filed with the U.P. Law Center  - Office of the National Administrative Register, these amendments shall be incorporated  to the Philippine  CAR Part 9, series of 2015 and shall supersede any memoranda, regulations and directives in conflict herewith.
