WHEREAS, on 15 August 2020, Saturday, the Province of Bulacan will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate &r6 participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 15 August 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
