WHEREAS, on 16 September 2020, Wednesday, the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, will mark the celebration of its 112th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bontoc be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 16 September 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
