EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 743, SERIES OF 1934, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE RESERVATION OF THE BUREAU OF PLANT INDUSTRY FOR SEMI-TEMPERATE FRUIT STATION SITUATED IN BAGUIO CITY, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by
law, I, Ramon Magsaysay, President of the Philippines, de hereby exclude from
the operation of Proclamation No. 743, series of 1934, which established the
reservation of the Bureau of Plant Industry for semi-temperate fruit station,
situated in Baguio City, a certain parcel of land embraced therein and more
particularly described as lots Nos. 96 and 183 containing a total area of
5.9756 hectares, more or less, and declaring the same open to disposition under
the provisions of the Public Land Act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
