WHEREAS, on 17 November 2020, Tuesday, the Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Aroroy be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority bf the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 17 November 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate.
