WHEREAS, on 28 November 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Pi an, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pi an be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, l , SALVADOR C, MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 28 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality Pi an, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
