WHEREAS, on 03 February 2021, Wednesday, the City of Bi an, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 76th Liberation Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bi an be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 03 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bi an, Province of Laguna.
