CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND WHERE IT STANDS, LOCATED AT ARCHBISHOP REYES STREET CORNER ACACIA STREET, BARANGAY CAMPUTHAW, CEBU CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER) TO BE KNOWN AS THE JEG TOWER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as the JEG Tower, with a gross floor area of Twenty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Three square meters (26,373 m2 ), more or less, and the parcel of land on which the building stands, located at Archbishop Reyes Street corner Acacia Street, Barangay Camputhaw, Cebu City, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (is. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-228 (s. 2017)j as amended by Resolution Nos. 19-094 (s. 2019) and 20-232 (s. 2020), with an area of One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Seven square meters (1,697 m2 ), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. 107-2019003131 (portion of Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block 9, all of Pcs-389 of consolidation plan Pcn-07-0000468), situated in Barangay Camputhaw, Cebu City. ;

Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2-3 by Road Lot 3 (Acacia Street); on the NW M along line 3-4 by Lot 6, Block 9, Pcs-389; point 4 by Lot 5, Block 9, Pcs-389, on the NE. and NW., along lines 4-5-6-7 by Lot 4, Block 9, Pcs-389; on the SE., along line 7-8 by Road (Archbishop Reyes Avenue); and on the SW., along line 8-1 by Road Lot 3 (Acacia Street).

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being S. 36 deg. 27' E., 504.09 m. from Mon. No. 5, Banilad Estate;

thence N. 26 deg. 57' W. 20.04 m. to point 3;
thence N. 63 deg. 00' E. 29.91 m. to point 4;

beginning, containing an area of One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety- Seven square meters (1,697 m2 ), more or less. Points 3, 4 and 8 by old PS. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cms., and the rest by PS. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearings true; date of original survey August 1906 - July 1907, that of the subdivision survey on 05 April 2018; and approved on 03 October 2018.
