WHEREAS, on 13 February 2021, Saturday, the City of Para aque will mark the celebration of its 23rd Cityhood Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Para aque be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 13 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Para aque.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
