WHEREAS, on 25 August 2021, Wednesday, the City of Iloilo will mark the celebration of its 84th Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iloilo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 25 August 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iloilo.
