AN ACT AMENDING ACT NUMBERED SIXTY-NINE, RELATING TO THE COLLEGE OF SAN JOSE, ENACTED JANUARY FIFTH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND ONE.
By authority of the President of the United States, be it enacted by the United States Philippine Commission, that:
SECTION 1. Section one of Act Numbered Sixty-nine is hereby amended by substituting the name of Louis M. Maus, Major and Surgeon in the United States Army, for that of Charles E. Green-leaf, M. D., Colonel and Chief Surgeon of the Division of the Philippines, in the United States Army.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
Enacted, March 4, 1901.
