CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCELS OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED IN BARANGAY LAHUG, CEBU CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Authority Act of 1995," as amended, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building located in Barangay Lahug, Cebu City with a gross floor area of One Hundred Eight Thousand Five Hundred Four square meters (108,504 m2 ), as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center) to be known as Cebu Exchange, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-006 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 16-726 (s. 2016), and the parcels of land where the building stands, with an area of Eight Thousand Four Hundred Forty square meters (8,440 m2 ), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
